This estate & trust property case consisted of a waterfront single family home.  Quantum Realty Advisors, Inc. (“Quantum”) was hired by the corporate trust company responsible for overseeing the estate administration. Quantum provided full service management and assisted the trustee with the marketing & sale of the unit.

At the commencement of this assignment, our team did a comprehensive assessment of the condition and marketability of the unit and evaluated  its strengths and weaknesses in an effort to best position the property to be sold for the maximum value possible.

This four-bedroom / three and one-half bathroom waterfront home is located in a gated community in Tequesta, Florida.  Originally constructed in 1994, property features include 3,307 square feet of living space, a two car garage plus a golf cart, a fully screened outdoor pool and a boat dock with electric lift.

The property is situated in a gated, course course community with a number of homes having deep water frontage with boat docks.  Boaters can access the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean via the Loxahatchee Rivers which connects to the neighborhood’s deep water canals.

After cleaning and preparing the home for sale including the removal of the contents, the Quantum team successfully sold this property for $1,2250,000 to an all cash purchaser in just 6 days of marketing time.
